Coach Martin Ruiz has 21 years of wrestling experience coaching and competing combined. He wrestled for Pioneer Valley High School and Division ll Collegiate Wrestler at San Francisco State University. He is a 3rd Place Finisher at California Freestyle State Championship and Fargo Freestyle National Qualifier. He is the current Head Coach at Lowell High School, producing 19 CIF State Qualifiers with 3 female wrestlers ranking in the top 12.
Coach Ruiz strives to provide a fun, welcoming environment that allows individuals to learn about themselves and how their body works physically and mentally, all with the intention to build and sustain strong, life long habits producing constant self-growth and understanding.
