Bio
Jessica Hewins enters her third season as an assistant coach with the Skyline College women’s soccer program. She brings extensive collegiate and club coaching experience to the Trojans’ staff.
Before joining Skyline, Hewins served as an assistant coach at San Francisco State University for two seasons, working with the Gators’ women’s soccer program in the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA). Prior to that, she spent two years as an assistant coach at Menlo College, where she contributed to the Oaks’ success in the NAIA.
In addition to her college coaching experience, Hewins is currently in her fourth year as the Girls Director at SF Glens Soccer Club, one of the Bay Area’s premier competitive soccer programs. In her role with the Glens, she oversees player development, coach education, and program growth across multiple age groups.
Hewins is passionate about developing players on and off the field, emphasizing technical ability, tactical understanding, and building life long character values.
