Bio

Adrian Medina is a dedicated soccer coach and youth development leader with experience at the highest levels of the American youth game. He has coached with San Francisco Glens at the MLS NEXT level, working with elite players in a high-performance environment focused on long-term development, competition, and professionalism. He has also served as a coach with SF Elite at the ECNL level, contributing to the growth of top youth talent through structured training and competitive excellence.

As a player, Adrian competed at both the collegiate Division I and Division II levels. He played Division II soccer at San Francisco State University before continuing his career at the Division I level at CSU Bakersfield, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies. He later competed at the Division I level at the University of San Francisco, earning his Master’s degree in Sport Management.

Currently, Adrian is the President and Head Coach of Bay City Futsal Club, where he leads the club’s vision, culture, and on-court development. He is also the owner of Bay City Training, an individual and group training business focused on technical development, performance, and confidence-building for players of all ages.

Driven by a passion for mentorship and player development, Adrian is committed to developing the next generation of athletes, helping young players reach their full potential both on and off the field.
