Aidan Carleson named top Men's Basketball Student-Athlete in Northern California
Aidan Carleson was recently named the top men's basketball student-athlete in Northern California by the California Community College Men's Basketball Coaches Association. Aidan, out of Serra High School, graduated from Skyline Magna Cum Laude with a 3.7 gpa. He committed to UC Santa Cruz to continue his athletic and academic career.
The Skyline Men's Basketball program continues to make history with its academic success. This is the sixth straight season a Skyline player was recognized for this award. Previous winners were: Sean Richardson (Burlingame High School), Julius Alcantara (Serra High School), Colby Vazquez (Mills High School), Noah Haynesworth (Tamalpais High School), and Jacob Salinero (Half Moon Bay High School). Sean is entering his senior year at San Francisco State. Julius earned his bachelor's degree from Menlo College. Colby earned his bachelor's degree from Jamestown University. Noah earned his bachelor's degree from UC Davis. Jacob earned his master's of Business Administration from Sonoma State University.
